We’re turning steel into a sanctuary! With the support of KEK Group and the Ghana Library Authority, LCCG is building a modern, creative hub right outside the wards.
For a child battling cancer, the world often shrinks to the size of a hospital bed. Days turn into weeks, and weeks into months of clinical routines and white walls. At LCCG, we believe healing requires more than medicine; it requires a place to simply be a child again.
We are thrilled to announce that we are embarking on a Container Library Project, an outdoor creative sanctuary designed to offer our young warriors an escape into the world of books and imagination. Thanks to a generous seed donation from the KEK Group, we are officially one step closer to making this dream a reality. In partnership with the Ghana Library Authority, this space will also feature a dedicated “Breathing Space” for mothers, a quiet sanctuary to process emotions away from the bedside.
The foundation has been laid, but we need your help to bring it to life. We are calling on corporates, individuals, and community groups to partner with us for the library’s interior fit-out.
