About Us

In the heart of Ghana, where vibrant culture and resilient communities thrive, a silent battle wages on—a battle against childhood cancer. At Lifeline for Childhood Cancer Ghana (LCCG), we believe every child deserves a fighting chance, no matter where they live. This belief is the foundation of our mission and the heart of our story.

Who We Are

LCCG is a non-profit organization born out of compassion and a deep-seated commitment to make childhood cancer a national health priority. We are a dedicated team of healthcare professionals, advocates, volunteers, and supporters, all united by a common goal: to ensure that no child in Ghana suffers needlessly from cancer.

Our Mission

Our mission is to optimize access to the best possible care for all children affected by cancer in Ghana, ensuring that no such child suffers needlessly

What We Do;

We mobilize resources to support the treatment and care of children with cancer and their families. Every donation helps provide lifesaving treatments and support systems.

Access to quality medical care is critical. We work tirelessly to ensure children receive the best possible treatment, including effective palliative care, to improve their quality of life.

Accurate diagnosis is the first step towards treatment. We advocate for high-quality diagnostic and treatment facilities across Ghana, ensuring every child has access to necessary medical services.

Childhood cancer awareness saves lives. We educate the public about early detection and the importance of timely medical intervention, breaking down stigmas and misconceptions.

We invest in training healthcare workers, equipping them with the skills and knowledge needed for early detection and treatment of childhood cancers.
