Thanks to the generosity of our amazing donors and partners like yourself, we had the incredible task of creating Christmas gift packs for 300 of our patient families and 90 of our medical and non-medical staff who put their hearts and soul in mending our little heroes battling cancer.
First, we hit the bustling shops, calling our vendors and making our orders. From rice to cooking oil, beverages to festive treats, we selected each item with care, we worked tirelessly, braving the holiday crowds and navigating through vendors of various items who were incredibly overwhelmed with other shoppers also making their Christmas shopping
Back at our headquarters, we transformed into a Santa’s workshop. The sound of laughter and cheerful chatter filled the air as we set up an assembly line. With each person responsible for an item, we set out to fill the boxes with all the items we got while another packed the items into beautiful hampers. Each gift box was adorned with a big, bright bow and a heartfelt note, wishing the families a Merry Christmas.
The day of giving arrived, and we loaded the hampers into vans, ready to bring festive cheer to everyone at the hospital. As each family received their presents, the joy on their faces was priceless. Children’s eyes lit up with wonder, and parents expressed their heartfelt gratitude.
From one patient family to the other, the spirit of Christmas came alive. Our efforts, fueled by the kindness of amazing donors and partners like yourself, brought warmth, joy, and hope to these brave families. It was a day filled with hugs, smiles, and shared moments that will be cherished forever. Our hearts continue to swell with pride and gratitude, knowing that together, we made this Christmas magical for 300 deserving families and 90 medical staff and auxiliary staff. !!.
