He was just 4. Now his story is helping complete Ghana’s first 40-bed Childhood Cancer Centre.
In April, we launched the Forever4 Campaign, a heartfelt tribute to Jason Mitchell, a brave 4-year-old who lost his life to childhood cancer. Initiated by his mother, a pillar of strength, who turned her grief into purpose. #Forever4 invites the world to celebrate Jason’s life by giving in multiples of 4 ₵40, ₵400, and beyond; a number that holds deep meaning: Jason was just 4 years old when he passed away. What began as a mother’s tribute has become a rallying cry for kindness, advocacy, and action.
Through heartfelt stories, stirring images, and a wave of community-driven support, the campaign has touched lives and opened hearts, reminding us all of the urgent need to support children battling cancer in Ghana.
Because of your generosity, love, and belief in this cause, we’ve raised 30% of our GH₵200,000 goal, a powerful reminder of what we can achieve when we come together. While we still have a long way to go, we are filled with hope and gratitude for the growing family of supporters standing with us.
#Forever4 continues, and every gift brings us closer to a future where children with cancer receive the care and hope they deserve. Jason’s story is saving lives. Join us
