Painting For Hope
It all started when my team and I visited the Sunshine Hostel. I got to join Ghana's bravest little warriors for their Thursday art therapy class. As we dipped our brushes into bright, vibrant paints together, I realized something beautiful: hope is a language that requires no words. But behind those beautiful paintings, these amazing children are fighting a very tough battle.
Using My Brush as a Megaphone
I might be young, but my team and I want to use my art and global platform to be a megaphone for these tiny voices that are often too tired to scream. We want to help change the outcomes for children with cancer in Ghana and the entire subregion.
The Reality Behind the Canvas
During my visit, I learned about the heavy challenges these children and LCCG face every day:
- Not Enough Space: Right now, the hospital’s current 22-bed ward has to stretch to take care of 250 new childhood cancer cases every single year.
- The Hard Truth: No child should ever have to fight for a bed or physical space in a hospital while they are fighting for their life.
- The Goal: Together with LCCG, we want to give these children a sanctuary, a peaceful, spacious place where healing actually has room to happen.

To help build a better future for my friends at the hospital, I am dedicating my talent to an upcoming charity art exhibition from the 17th to 31st of September, 2026 at the Museum of Science and Technology.
100% of the proceeds from every single artwork sold will go directly toward completing LCCG’s 40-bed Pediatric Oncology Unit at Korle-Bu.
